Editorial & submissions policy

We check dates, times, locations and public admission details against organizer, venue, municipal, library or official tourism sources. Each listing links to its source and records when it was checked. Official event titles are preserved in both language editions; explanatory summaries are translated into Canadian French.

We include small public community events as well as larger attractions. Fees do not determine eligibility. Public programs may have stated age or registration conditions. We do not publish private family events, invitations or unverified submissions.

We deduplicate the same occurrence, remove finished events from upcoming lists when rebuilding, and keep clearly labelled detail pages as records. We do not invent missing details, future recurrence dates or cancellation status. Unknown prices and event languages remain unknown.
