Privacy Policy
Operator: G Simon. Privacy requests: info@smurphy.ai. Updated October 8, 2026.
This site is hosted by Netlify. Hosting necessarily involves receiving technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and access time for delivery, security and service operation. Netlify controls its infrastructure logs; we do not claim to control their retention.
We do not run visitor analytics, a mailing list, advertising, embedded third-party media, accounts or website submission forms. Search and community filters operate in your browser without sending search terms to us or storing them.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to send. We use messages to review listings, respond, correct information and handle privacy requests. Public event facts and source URLs may be published; submission contact information is not. We remove submission contact details 90 days after review. This is an operating commitment carried out through mailbox review, not an automated website deletion feature.
Hosting and email providers may process information outside Canada. Their own policies and legal obligations apply. External event and ticket websites receive information when you visit them and have their own privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.
Ask to access, correct or delete personal information by email. We may need sufficient information to identify the message and confirm the request. Avoid sensitive information about children; public age eligibility can be included without identifying participants.
